I have been on the happy pills now for a week and I think I feel a difference. I feel happier in myself.

I start my yoga class on monday and the new house is almost ready to move into.

I have taken a step back from rachels feeding as in if she eats she eats and if she doesn't she doesn't....I had to.

Well done Martha looks like things are getting better this week for you.  Kids can be such a worry sometimes especially when they are picky eaters, the most important thing to remember is it's not your fault.  I have 3 and have fed them all the same sorts of things but my middle daughter was a nightmare and still is when it comes to food she is so picky.  Hope things continue to improve.

Awww good for you Martha.  Everything looks so much better when you take a step back in some areas, and forward in others!

I was a picky eater, during my teens I lived on pizza, chips and crisps!  I turned out ok (well as best as I could) so don't worry she'll eat when she wants, I'm finding Fred has started getting very picky!  Good luck with the house move.
