I finaly got a home visit from the mental health nurse and she was lovley. She told me that i am on the wrong type of anti ds the one i am on is for depression only and she thinks i need to be on one for the pnd and also one that calm me down as i have been geting lots of nearvios energy and she also said i am showing sine of being paranoid.

SHe said the reason she thinks the doc didnt put me on these tablets ( i had pnd before and these ones worked) was that they cost a lot of money. She felt it was terrible that he hadnt just put me back on them.

but i need to wait till she files a report gets an indapendent doc to sign it then pass it on to my doc to tell him to change the tablets so for now i have to take andi ds that dont work for me.

o and i took 3 panic attacs out of the blue yesterday when i was at my sign language class. i did feel like a wally

xx

I'm glad there is someone on your side trying to help you. It sounds like you need anti d's which treat anxiety too which is what I used to have. I used to have horrible panic attacks but I am now off my medication and feeling much better.

Good luck! xxx

Well at least now you know you will start getting somewhere.

It makes you mad that ppl like the doc can decide how your life is run. They are meant to do the best for you not the money.

At least now though you will be on the tablets you need and start to feel better soon. xxx

glad to hear that you will be getting anti psychotics..which covers the paranoid or psychotic features of mental health..i know that the anti ds still will help you with that part of feelings however. I know that i had feelings of depression along with panic attacks when im raging stressed and i cant breath ect..and i was looking toward those forms of medications as well. wish you all the luck,,,and im soon to seek my antids as well!!
