I had morning sickness for 2 weeks before I knew I was pregnant - I thought it was a bug!! So I had it from 4 weeks.
Mine lasted all day, and the best thing that helped slightly was sipping water. Ginger biscuits helps a little... and those travel bands that you wear on your wrists - boots do them.

Sickness, morning or otherwise is usually the first sign of being pg, often occuring before a missed period! Ginger biscuits, and ginger crystals or cubes or whatever they are called also helps! drinking fluids usually makes you feel worse, as does eating proper meals, dry crackers is also a good thing to eat as it soaks up the excess acid which causes sickness! Hth and you feel better soon

I sipped ice cold lucozade, nibbled ginger biscuits, wore sea bands (£7 from boots or chemist) sipped ginger beer, and generally didn't eat much or try to move much as I felt sick all the time from about 6wks to about 22wks. I also used a homeopathic remedy that my doctor gave me called Nux Vomica which you buy in boots which I think did stop me actually throwing up.

Ginger worked for me - whether it be ginger tea or ginger biccies. Keep meals light and frequent - don't eat huge portions. Rest as much as possible and drink lots of water to keep fluids up.
I had 'orrible sickness so sympathise. Good luck, lovey. x
