Hi hun. I'm not a medical expert but it sounds like spd to me.

If you look at this article it will give you some advice on dealing with it. Go and see your gp and also your midwife and get refered to a physio who can help make sure it doesnt get any worse.

We have a buddy system if you want to talk to someone one on one about it.

just read the article and does sound like that as really painful and difficult turning over in bed and pain in all the areas. Goin to see midwife on thur so speak to her but hope its not that as hate not getting about especially with a 4 and 5 year old. really feel for those who have it asmust be painful as well as annoying.

thanks for your help and ill keep u informed

Hi Hun

I will just agree with the other as i too have this condition, and i know it can be difficult to have this and older children (mine are now 6 1/2 and 19mths), he was 4 when i was pg.

I would make sure when you see the physio that she understands and has seen and helped other women with this condition.... if not ask to be seen by someone who has as it can make a difference.

Good luck etc and i hope you get the support and help you need soon xx
