Hey all

Was just wondering when we're supposed to get this form as I had my 20 week scan today and forgot to ask. It means now I'll have to wait till I see my mw at 24 weeks to get it and I like to be organised, so was hoping to let my work have it soon.

I cant remember when I got mine, isn't it 11 weeks before your due date? Im really sorry I cant remember.

You could always ring your MW and ask them when you can have it, at least then you'll know and if it is sooner than your 24 weeks check, maybe you could arrange to pick one up at the MW's next clinic, even though you wouldnt have a check up.

I think it's from 26 weeks onwards. My sis got it and I think that's when hers started although they might have changed it in the last 4 years.

I never got handed mine i had to ask at the doctors surgery when they had the clinic.... might be worth giving your mw a buzz and asking if she can post it to your or leave it at the docs for you to collect when passing

Hi. You can get your MATB1 anytime from 20 weeks onwards, from your midwife. Like Zany said, if you give your midwife a call, she'll either post it to you, leave it at the surgery or she may even call you in but in any case, she'll get it sorted for you.

Thanks. Tried calling the midwife but I have to wait till my 24 week appointment to pick it up as they won't send it out without me being checked and I can't get an appointment before then. Oh well, will just have to wait.

I can't remember when i got mine but i started maternity from about 24 weeks as i was carrying twins and they advised to with having hip problems and standing all day.

Infact i can't even remember it lol.
