I've probably posted this in the wrong place, but i'm not sure on how to get around this site.

I have a question i want answering, only because im too impatient to wait.Login or Register to view images

Me and my partner slept together on Sat, im due on in two weeks. The thing is.... i've had stomach problems recently, i've been to the docs and they don't know whats wrong (havent bothered sending me for tests!)

i'm on the pill, but because i've had a dodgy tummy for the last 2 weeks, i was wondering if i could be pregnant.

I got pregnant whilst on the pill due to diarrhoea bouts so it is possible. I wasn't aware it was possible until it was too late! It is a bit late to suggest the morning after pill to you, so i guess you will just have to wait and see which i know you don't want to hear...I would say that due to your tummy problem it can make it likely that you wern't protected by the pill. What would you do if you are pregnant?

I am in agreement with snibbug, if you have had the runs, then yes it is possible that you could well be pregnant. but until you miss your period, or have your period, it really is way too early to worry about. It seems that the more you worry the later your period will be. Hope all goes well for you. tc xxxx

i would be over the moon.

My partner seems to think that i'll be ok, because i haven't been sick or had diarrhoea (apart from once, 5 days after my last period - 25th Feb) I should next be due on the 24th.

i know it sounds discusting but last week i noticed some mucus/discharge. not sure whether it would be too soon to be ovulating, but i've read that an egg is released a few days after the last period and sperm can stay in the body for at least a week. thats what makes me think it could be possible, due to the stomach trouble i've got.

He seems ok about it, if i am. It's something we've discussed for the future.

I dont want to sound rude but you must have read wrong info becuase its 14 days before your period (ie on a 28 day cycle 14 days after period starts is 14 days before nxt period ) it can vary by the odd day either way but i would say you only ovulated sat/sun just gone .

hope this helps x

i was a bit confused, thats why i thought i'd ask.

if i was ovulating sat/sun just gone and the last time we slept together was this sat just gone, woud that mean there could be a chance??
