Can you drink fresh juices?  Things like fresh apple juice or cranberry juice ice cold can be thirst quenching.  When I was pregnant with Ollie I was addicted to Ginger Beer.  Also ice cold water, although I can't drink that as it gives me brain freeze.  Lucozade, what about smoothies although I have to say I don't like them.

I like cranberry and fresh orange mixed together.

The Tesco high juice apple squash is lovely- it doesn't have any nasty
ingredients in it like artificial sweeteners or guff too! I drank gallons of
it during my pregnancy and even now when I'm feeding the twins- as I
get that terrible thirst too!

Hun i used to make home made ice lollies, you can buy lolly moulds and inside them i poured orange juice or apple juice it was very thrist quenching.

Also i have found orange juice/apple juice and lemondae or fizzy water to be the same....... (my poor teeth.....)
