Hi all!

I'm really worried that I haven't felt my baby move yet! I'm 19 weeks 2day should it have happened by now or am I worrying over nothing? When did you all feel your babies first movements and what did it feel like?

Love Ally

I was about 22 weeks when I felt Joshua first move. I didnt even know I was pregnant till 18 weeks, no signs at all. At 19 weeks I was telling people and it was still very sureal, I had no bloating, sickness, symptoms and certainly no movement. I wouldnt worry too much, if all your MW appointments have been ok, you'll feel your baby soon enough. I never felt 'kicks' until about 25 weeks. It also depends where its lying, I think back to back and you may not feel it till the baby is a bit bigger, but not sure. Enjoy it while it lasts lol, the first kicks are amazing.. then they'll be keeping you up lol

I was about 24 weeks when i felt my 1st's little movements, people often describe them as like little butterflies fluttering around inside your tummy lol
Lauren is right though, the more children you have, the earlier you notice them, but maybe thats because you know what to look out for.
19 weeks is still early, so dont worry about it, you just wait until you do feel your lo's first kick and it will be just magic!

I've felt all of mine earlier with each subsequent pregnancy - Amanda, I did read somewhere it's because your womb is 'worn'!!! lol I felt this one from about 9 weeks, if I was lying in a certain position, but it was definitely a lot later with my first.

I agree though, Ally - if everything else is fine, don't worry - you'll soon be woken up during the night by a wee kick!

xxx
