I often considered using the raspberry leaf tea, however with the problems I encountered just naturally, it wasn't worth the risk.  It is from approximately 34 or 35 weeks.  Not sure how much you are supposed to have though!

with my first i drank raspberry leaf tea from 30 weeks, one cup a day i told my midwife and she said it was fine and from 36 weeks i started drinking about three cups a day (i had to let it cool then neck it in one as it tastes foul lol), i ended up having molly 2 weeks early by c-section, this time round i never touched it i was having an elective c-section so i didnt want to risk going into labour before that day goodluck jue xx

I would recommend drinking it from 32 weeks because for different people it can trigger different reactions, from nothing, to serious cramping which can onset labour, at 32 weeks baby would have a really good chance of survival and may only require a little assistance. Also try the tablets from 35weeks. They helped soften my cervix and it started dilating. You may notice the braxton hicks will come more often taking RLT as well. hth xxx

I drank 3 cups a day from about 32 weeks on with my last pregnancy and I did feel it made labour easier than with my other two. Also I don't think his birth was as bad either. Had no stitches at all and he was 7lb 15.

I drank it from about 36 weeks onwords, I did end up being induced but I only had to have one gel and a 8 hour labour with no stiches...so tbh i would swear by it. I read some where you should not drink until 35 wees onwords ???? thats when I going to start any way. good luck.
