Different sites say different things, one said 0-12 weeks is first trimester, but another says 0-14. I know its not a huge difference but im like in the middle at 13wks so wonder am i officially in 2nd trimester yet?

Seeing as though you are pregnant for 9 months, (40 weeks) you divide the figure by 3, so I'd say at 13 weeks you are definitely just at the end of the forst trimester.

I take it this is your first?  If so congratulations.

Awww bless you hunny congratulations on completing the first half.... i always thought it was the 12 weeks due to the first scan etc and the safe point where less should go wrong.

Hope your morning sickness isn't too bad hun x

It's not that it is obvious, but having had 5 full pg's and 3 m/c's I remember counting the weeks with the first, second and third ones, however the last 2 seemed to drag forever  so each day seemed like a week, but then I was older, and hed 3 teens to cope with (well almost teens) lol.  Not that I'm impatient (well not very lol), I have to admit, I loved every minute of the morning sickness with the first 3, the last two were more like nausea all the way through.  Enjoy it all as much as you can, no pregnancy will be like this first one, and if you have more in quick succession, you won't be able to enjoy them in the same way.  (like being able to get that extra sleep)

I class the 3rd trimester as about 13 weeks, it's a 3rd of the way through your pregnancy.  Congrats on your pregnancy, I'm a mum of 5, my eldest was 10 yesterday but i still remember her pregnancy well.  The worst is out of the way now, sit back and enjoy the next few months!

Morning sickness not been that bad, only actually been sick once, otherwise it has purely been the nausea all the time, and after eating. I thought id get it bad because my mum really suffered, but it seems i take after my nan who breezed through them all!
Im loving being pregnant and cant wait to be with OH soon because i know hes going to spoil me rotten, hes so excited in fact this baby is going to be SO spoiled, its first grandchild on my side and my sister cant wait to be an aunty, ive had my lil bro playing classical music to my belly to make it a genius! And on OH side his sis has 2 but she lives kind of far from her mum and they dont get on as mum in law doesnt like sis in laws husband, so hardly sees the grandkids.
My mum in law already spoils me rotten, id be a size 40 with the amount of food shes always cooking me! So this will be first grandbaby she really has close contact with. Then of course mummy and daddy, and daddy is such a pushover he cant deal with crying babies so gives them whatever will shut them up, baby will have him wrapped round their finger
