Hey all

Just been given some anti sickness tablets from the doc.. there Prochlorperazine 5mg.... thing is, do they work straight away or will it take time to work?? i am soooo fed up with being sick all the time, and after a day the tablets arent working..

I had some once from the emergancy doctor and they didnt help me at all i'm afraid.

go back and tell them they arent working as i thought it was meant to be immediate.

good luck girl, i had a terrible 1sr 3 months of my pg with sickness but it improved about week 14.

have u tried polo mints

i drank herbal teas to help-mint ones

I had those and am sorry to say, didn't help..

But, when sickness got v bad, I had an anti-nausea injection which was brill!

Might be worth mentioning to your mw...

I used preggy pops.they are lolly pops and help beat nausia quite well in pg, cant remember the  website tho, sorry.

cheers for all your tips...

ginger makes me worse, preggie pops didnt help.. but to cut a story short, the tablets seam to be helping me.. havent been sick for over a day now and im eating food... it feels sooooo good to eat!!!! WOOOHOOO
