hey all

As most of u no im havin a really bad time with sickness at the mo.... anyways, last week it started to die down a little bit (yay), but on sunday i started to get really dizzy and nearly passing out.. this has continued till today and it seams to be gettin worse, i cant even move my head now without feeling dizzy.. i also have a banging headach and im really not with it as in confuzzed at times. as well as not being able to keep ANYTHING down, not even sips of water (which has been happening for 4 days now)

i got in touch with my local out of hours surgery on tuesday and was told its a virus, but now im not too sure, i have never been this bad when i catch a "bug".

Should i get in touch with my doc or just go to maternity home at the hospital?? i really dont no what to do   and im really worried what this might be doing to bump!!!!

Hi nic,

Sorry to hear your feeling under the weather hun.

I'd say yes go and see your doctor expecially (sp) if your not keeping anything down.

book an emergancy appointment, if they cant see you this morning then contact your mw.

hope your better soon

Lots of love, x

I'd agree - you need to see your docs asap and if you can't do that, contact your midwife - I don't mean to alarm you but it can be dangerous to become dehydrated when you're pregnant - good luck and let us know how you get on, xx

oh i am soooooo going to hit the receptionist at the doctors!!!! stoopid woman!!!

so i got in touch with my midwife who told me to see my gp straight away.. havin problems gettin there (transport) so i asked if i could speak with a doctor instead...  the receptionist started by sayin whats the problem, so i said i dont really feel comfortable telling a receptionist my problems.. hehe!!! to which she got very snotty at me... in the end i told her breifly what is wrong... and she said it doesnt sound that important and to ring up for an appointment tomorrow morning.. ohhh then i stressed at her, i basically said, you are a receptionist, if you had any medical experience to properly diagnose me then you would be a doctor, i am taking the advise from my midwife who is medically qualified to get in touch with a doctor... so can i plaease speak with one...  she didnt like my tone!!! never mind, hahahahaha.. so now im waiting for the doc to get in touch, thats if she has even bothered to pass the messege on..

ok, stress over.
