Ok I know we've been through this before! Besides wearing pantyliners, and doing pelvic floor exercises(which never worked last time either) is there any way to prevent myself leaking?  Or am I just gonna have to endure this one again!  I know it sounds like it's my first but I honestly don't remember!

OK - TMI WARNING!!! TMI WARNING! TMI WARNING!

I had a massive problem with this when I was pregnant. Aparently some women natural produce more, urm, leakage(!) and I was one of those women!

I ended up using the Alldays Long Plus liners, and would have to take spares to work - with a spare pair of pants just in case, fortunately it was never that bad.

I did pelvic floors as much as I could and it didn't really help. The only thing I found was any good was to keep using a big liner.

I never had this problem with my first 2 but certainly did with Ols.  I did the same as Dizie I used large panty liners and changed them regularly.  I used the liners that have a stay fresh lining, cotton and a fresh fragrance to them.  There is nothing else you can do whilst you are pregnant there are a number of devices you can use if the problem persists once baby is born. It's annoying I know.

Yes and they are the scariest looking things in the world!!! One of my friends bought me one when I had Ella as one of her hilarious jokes. Fortunately, I didn't need to use it.. It makes me want to cross my legs just thinking about it!
