Well as if getting regular pains for a few hours a day aren't enough in the belly!  I had so much fun yesterday as my boobs started tightening at the same time! lol  So while I was having all my usual nightly (well morning, afternoon and night now) pains, my boobs were killing me as well, I didn't know what to do! lol

At least from the feel of it I know I'm gonna have a milk supply for Baby Winston!  I haven't had this size set up top since I had ds1!  And I managed to make it to 6 weeks breast feeding with him!  So I'm hoping I can do as well or better this time round, and I'll also hope I can get enough rest so as not to dry up my supply!

Oh and while I'm on the subject, are there any foods except grapes (as I now know that one), that I'm not supposed to eat as they may gripe baby's belly?  I don't want to start eating something that is better not eaten as I don't have much perseverance!

Careful of hot foods - gently ease the heat up if you like a curry so as not to shock little one. Some people find green veg like broccolli can upset bubs and my hv said a couple of ladies she knew had to be careful with onions but its all individual so you'll soon find out if lo doesnt like something. Also garlic and citrus fruit can cause a reaction in some cases.

Dont drink too much alcohol/caffine.

Some people find babies dont like it when you eat dairy food but make sure you dont cut this out of your diet so if winston seems to react to dairy foods speak to your hv.

How much is too much caffeine madz?  I drink about 15 mugs of coffee a day!  I know I'm not supposed to, but I live on caffeine!  Don't have to worry about alcohol, 1 glass and I'm asleep!  I just hope it's easier this time and I keep my supply in!

If you drink 15 cups I dont think lo will sleep very much.

I used to have 2 or 3 a day but none late afternoon or evening so Edward slept ok.

Can you try decaffinated or the 50/50 one so it isnt so strong. Or try and find a replacement to coffee?

Then again you may find your ok and it doesnt affect bubs but that is a lot!
