Im managing to maintain but not loose. I havent been as strict in these last few weeks, and some days I totally slipped off it. I was doing ok and still not loosing though with was disheartening. Ive bought a steamer, and a George Foreman grill and most of my evening meals are new potatoes, some sort of veg and usually chicken.
Im really going to get stuck into the exercising, now the summer is arriving Im hoping to do some running, and Ive already started walking to school/work. Im also thinking of getting a Wii Fit to see if that encourages me a bit more. I havent been doing my dvd's lately, I just need to get back into a routine. Not loosing when I was trying so hard was really getting me down.
