Well, I've come to the end of my anti-biotics (am just about to take the last one) and fingers crossed, I think they've worked. I called the hospital today and my blood results came back negative but the swabs showed an infection, which the antib's should have cleared up.

The bleeding started to slow down on sunday, then nothing of significance today or yesterday.... I almost daren't say it!

I've been charting my BBTs to see what my body is doing and I think I may have ovulated on sunday, so hopefully the hormones are doing their thing again.

Its such a relief to think that this may now all be coming to an end. On the flip side, I've been quite upset the last few days as I've been kind of holding off the emotions whilst the physical crap went on.

That said, I do feel like I can start to move forward again now. Hols next week - hurrah!

The emotions could also be the hormones kicking back in Diz.  I'm so glad things seem to be getting back to normality for you.

OMG- just noticed your signature, ohhhhh, I really, really need a wee wii!  Enjoy!

I have a Wii!!  It's our fault that Diz won't be around I think we got her hooked, now have to find out how I can take my Mii for a visit to Diz's Wii...

Glad things are getting better.  The emotional side will come and go, I am a fine one to talk after blubbing all lunch time on Keiths shoulder.  You'll get there.

I'm really glad it's coming to an end.  It's been a long haul but a last you can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I also got a bit emotional when it was finally over but I think it was a combination of hormones, relief that it was over and sadness at what could have been.

I'm glad now that I can move on and I hope that you will be able to as well.
