A Mother's love is something
that no on can explain,
It is made of deep devotion
and of sacrifice and pain,
It is endless and unselfish
and enduring come what may
For nothing can destroy it
or take that love away . . .
It is patient and forgiving
when all others are forsaking,
And it never fails or falters
even though the heart is breaking . . .
It believes beyond believing
when the world around condemns,
And it glows with all the beauty
of the rarest, brightest gems . . .
It is far beyond defining,
it defies all explanation,
And it still remains a secret
like the mysteries of creation . . .
A many splendoured miracle
man cannot understand
And another wondrous evidence
of God's tender guiding hand.

Sam that was a beautiful poem.  I received this poem after my mc.

As I’m sitting in my chair

I find myself in deep despair

Whatever was it that I had done

To lose my unborn little one

I wanted you so very much

To love, to cuddle, to feel your touch

Your little fingers, your little toes

How much I miss you, no one ever knows

God now has you up above

My little angel that I still love

I’ll think about you every day

Forever in my heart you’ll stay

As you are now with all the rest

My little angel, night, night

God Bless

no words i can say will comfort you, so i;ll send hugs instead x x x

I don't know how you must be feeling but those poems are beautiful! My mum went through several miscarriages and a still birth before she had me and my twin sis. I hate to imagine what it is like!! Big hugs to you all xxx
