Awww sorry to hear your suffering big time today....

I have to use a mountain of pillows, with dp's help i re-position myself and get comfy, a hot water bottle to ease some of the discomfort as i find it comforting to cuddle even if it does nothing for the pain.

Dose yourself up hun go to bed early with a good book. Pillows under knees, inbetween, under belly sometimes helps, sometimes i need 2 or more to get a comfortable distance between knees..... it's very much trial and error.

Good luck hun and i hope tomorrow is a better day for you hun.

Big soft gentle hugs x

Awww hun hope your dd get better soon, it really does take it's toll on us when they're not well...

Don't worry about camping out at the docs.... i do that too.... as long as your finding a way to keep going thats all that matters.

Enjoy your bath.... becareful getting in and out x speak again soon now doubt....

Glad you like the site... i used to hide away when i first found it but i have come on with self-confidence in the past 7/8mths as i know i'm not alone and it's not all in my head.

Hope you get some sleep tonight hun x

I can only second what tsena has said - a pile of cushions and a dh who will help you move into the right position by supporting your pelvis. I find a book helps me take my mind off the pain.

Let your doctor know how much you are suffering and struggling at night. There may be more they can do.
