since i got up this morning neither katie or amy have wanted to come near me. usually they're really clingy to me but today is somehow different. katie screamed when her dad went out earlier and wouldn't come to me to be comforted. now aimee wont even take her bottle from me, she's hungry but is messing and wont drink it. dh has gone to take michael to his swimming lesson and left the 2 babies here. Am close to tears now wondering wot i done wrong.

You've done nothing wrong! My kids have those days as well, fred has a bad habit when I'm feeling low, fof attaching to my 10yr old! And she has stopped being as clingy as she was making me feel out of sorts! And with the teething thing as well, it's just been one of those days! Hope things work out better for you. After reading your reply on teething, you made me smile for the first time today! so I'm sending you hugs to get through the rest of the day hun

I've dosed lo up with calpol, and it still took him 2 hours to settle down to sleep, bless him, but he is getting devious. I kept my hand to one side of his face where he usually turns, to keep the dummy in place while he dropped off, and he turned his head and spat it out! It made me wonder why I go up there when he screams, but I know he's not doing it to be mean. It just feels like that today. I'll be going down to moms tomorrow, I hope I can get some rest, I might just drop him off and then come home, I'll see what happens! The worst part was he was dying to sleep, and it was killing him keeping his eyes open. I think I'll make his bottles up and just drop off to sleep it might make all the difference Good luck for tomorrow, hope it was just a one off

well, i feel a lot better today, Katie has been coming to me for cuddles all morning, wont leave me alone actually. Aimee has slept all mornin so dont know wot she's like today. Hope u have abetter day today vicki. tc xxx

It must just have been one of those days, I got to stay in bed til 8-30, and he's gone back to sleep after his feed, bless him, no crankiness yet! I was going to go to moms, but haven't decided yet whether I will, if he's behaving then I can catch up on some much needed housework, I've already sorted the clean washing into piles, and now all I have to do is the ironing, dh is coming home early to get changed for a bbq later. It's an office one, so he won't be home tonight! I get the whole bed to myself! Got to go or I won't benefit from lo going to sleep today!
