   Kirstin has been allowed home. It is a viral infection affecting her colon. All we know is all she has been told as dh wasn't allowed to sit in on her consultation with dr as she is 16. She was glad to come home as she has been kept awake all night by an elderly lady singing.Not sure an adult ward is the right place for a 16 year old would of preferred if she had been in a teenage ward but we don't have any.

Im so glad shes home now Nicky and she can finally get some rest.  Someone once told me that you never get any rest whilst your in hospital - how true is that?!!!!

Bless her i'm glad it's nothing to serious and that she's now home but i'm sure if she'd insisted and asked for dad to be present they can't refuse her wishes but it all has something to do with patient confindiallity (sp) etc..

Hugs to all and i hope you all manage to get some decent sleep tonight.
