Had a chat with Bex last night as she was looking really sad. Turns out she is really missing Andy,.
She then went into quite a nice speech about how she looks on him as her Dad even though he isn't and how much she does love him and that she feels terrible for being horrible to us all.

Good for her for being able to be honest with you! Bless her - deep down she is a good girl!
I remember being pretty horrid to my parents in my teens at times and feeling soo bad for it afterwards - it is true though we do hurt the ones we love the most!
I hope she is turning the corner for all your sakes

Bless! At least she's being honest with you. I know it ddoesn't excuse the things she's been up to, but at least it might explain a little about her behaviour recently. Hope you can continue to get a better relationship.

Well let's hope this side of Bex stays for a long while. It's great that she sees Andy as her dad, and even if she does revert back to the angry teenager, at least you will have the good part to keep you going!

Ahhh, an insight into a teenagers mind at last! lol Could well explain some of her behaviour recently, Bless her. It's great that she feels close enough to you to be able to explain her feelings and problems, I never told my Mum anything at that age, was lucky to get a 'hello' out of me! Lets hope things continue as positive as they have become. x-x-x
