Seventeen years ago today I was in labour with my dd Kirstin . I can remember everything except the pain. What was on tv in the labour room, having a bath afterwards followed by a digusting cup of tea etc

Kirstin eventually decided to arrive with the help of forceps and a 3rd degree tear at 19 minutes to 1 on the 2nd October.

We have had our fair share of ups and downs with her this year but at present things seem to be improving and she is hoping to go to uni next year to study architecture.

Just wanted to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIRSTIN love from mum, dad , Gregory and Harry

(PS I am feeling extremely old now where has the time gone one minute she was a little bundle now she is 5ft 9 and taller than me)

I know that feeling well.  Hope Kirsten has a lovely birthday and you have a glass or two to toast her.

Happy birthday Kirstin!

I'm so glad you are all happier now! Best of luck to her with her Uni application. I bet architecture will be really interesting!

Enjoy and glass of wine with your memories!

I cant imagine Edward ever being that age - I'm going to stop letting his grow up from now!
