Is there anything I can get for Bex for her pmt ? Have noticed that there is a pattern to her explosions of nastiness now. Don't want her going on the pill so is there anything else ?

I went to the doctor about my pmt (as a teenager) and he prescribed me B12 and Evening Primrose Oil.  I also went on the pill at 16 (with my mother's consent) which calmed my periods right down, and levened out my mood swings.

I was going to say Evening Primrose Oil as well.  I also used to find with my periods that I craved chocolate and coke when I was due on and it actually made the pain worse so it might be worth looking out for things like that as well.

PMT, ah remember putting my parents through hell, was evil!  Got put on the pill at 12 cos it was that bad, plus periods were a nightmare, on for 3 weeks off for a few days and then back on again.

Mum swore by giving me and sister evening primrose oil, seemed to work.  Another thing she got told was to give us Ryvitas a couple of days before due on, that worked better than evening primrose oil.

Hope it helps, failing that pack a suitcase and leave home!

Evening primrose oil and Vit B12! I buy mine from VipVit.com so they cost less.

Try that 1st and if no luck see the doc about the pill. I went on it at 16.
