Oh no. There seem to be quite a few of us feeling really down at the moment. I am wondering if it's to do with hormones as we would all we within a few weeks of each other so maybe after 6-12wks of baby being born there is a significant dip or increase in hormone levels.

I always tend to feel better when the weather is good which thankfully here it is at the moment.

Are you managing to get plenty of sleep, that always makes me feel really down if I get no sleep. Hope you feel better soon
"

<FONT face=""Courier New, Courier, mono"" size=2> Its a bit of a rollercoaster ride with your emotions after having a baby. Some days fine other days could cry for no reason. The joys eh of children. I've just completed my questionaire at my 6 week check asking how you are feeling etc... my results came back as having postnatel depression which didn't completely surprise me as i've tackled depression for years.
