Some things you might want to do after you join Mad Mums web site....

Setting up your Profile (only viewable by other members), from the main menu

My Mad Mums > Profile From this page you can set some additional information about yourself, set your avatar (an image that is shown with your profile and when you post), maybe add a signature which will display at the bottom of your posts. Remember all these things are optional, it's up to you

Forum Preferences The web server time is EST this is because of where it is located, this means by default all times are shown -5 hours to UK time, you can offset and correct this by going to My Mad Mums > Forum Preferences

Create a new thread A good place to start a new first thread is the Saying Hiforum. If you just want to have a play and to test how the Rich Text Editor (the form you type in to post) works etc, then go to the Testing forum and click ""New Topic"", you can always delete it after.

Please don't hesitate to ask if there is anything at all you don't understand either by posting a new topic Community > Forums or send me a Personal Message My Mad Mums > PM New Message.

Remember you can't really break anything so go explore and then don't be to ask if there is anything you do not understand.
